Through our virtual Africana-centered life-changing programs, we inculcate aspiring Black visionaries with the practical skills, human resources and mindset needed to become globally conscious visionary leaders who are equipped to build sustainable personal, generational and communal wealth through entrepreneurship, intentional financial planning and philanthropy.

The Consultrepreneurship is a holistic 10-week summer program that leverages Africana economic history, mentorship and unique practical learning experiences to empower Black college students to overcome socioeconomic barriers and build personal, generational and communal wealth. To be selected to participate in this highly competitive and life-changing program, students must display an exceptional level of interest in the causes and impact of longstanding Black developmental issues and a deep desire to solve them through community-minded entrepreneurial and financial activity. Participants either receive a stipend from their institution or DIFFvelopment to support their participation.

Program Overview

Through our two-part collegiate workshop series centered around our original Wealth Status Survey, Five Stages of Wealth Building Activity and Community-Minded Business Concept Form, the Black Generational Wealth Program educates on the causes and impact of the Black-White wealth and employment gaps, what generational wealth is and how to build it, the viability of entrepreneurship as a career option and how to develop, incorporate and launch a community-minded business concept, challenging college students to examine their socioeconomic status in relation to the wealth-building process and explore business ownership as an asset that facilitates economic advancement. Program alumni are eligible to apply for incorporation fee sponsorship.

How It Works

We coach Black entrepreneurs from around the world who have original business ideas that push the limits and have the potential to change the world as we know it. Ideal participants are in the early stages of building or launching their business and seek the historical inspiration, expert direction and community necessary to take their concept to the next level. Program participants are chosen based on the quality of their application and the extent to which their needs are in line with the objectives of the program.
